Talent Leadership in Action

Building, retaining and re-engaging the skills you need within your business

During our October Talent Leadership in Action (TLIA) event, the sentiment was unanimous: hybrid work is here to stay. We heard from fantastic speakers, panelists and delegates on the importance of continuing to plan even with a workforce in flux. Building and sustaining a culture of connection for both permanent and contingent talent has arguably never been more important than it is right now. With employee experience expectations at an all-time high and a talent market that remains tight, our December TLIA turns the spotlight onto known talent, focusing on new strategies that encourage your existing workforce to think differently about the potential for their career in your organisation.

  • Date: Tuesday 6th December
  • Time: 9:30am - 1:00 pm GMT, followed by a networking lunch
  • Location: Shangri-La at The Shard, London

Register today to secure your space for December. More details will be shared soon.

*NB: TLIA is open to Senior Procurement and HR professionals. All registrations are subject to approval.

About TLIA

Talent Leadership in Action (TLIA) is a KellyOCG event that brings together senior procurement, HR, talent acquisition, and operational leaders from across industries. It provides a space to discuss all things talent, network, and explore the trends that are changing work. Through in-person and virtual events, we connect talent experts, insiders, and leaders, discussing issues that matter in a way that puts people at the centre of the conversation. Each event is created around a key topic and powered by our community through interactive sessions. We don’t do stuffy or dry, instead, we create vibrant, engaging events that generate big ideas.

TLIA is a community of like-minded colleagues who share new ideas and understand the challenges being faced in the market. The key-note provides a real opportunity to get an in-depth understanding of specific organisations current strategies, whilst the break-out style sessions allow me to meet old and new industry peers to add to my professional network.

TLIA provides its members with an excellent opportunity to learn and share thought leadership with a wide network of Talent and Procurement Professionals. The knowledge shared is inspiring and educational, allowing members to put this in to practice in their own organisations. If you are looking for a thought provoking and exciting network – this is the one for you!

TLIA is a fantastic network to be involved in as it constantly provides discussion on highly relevant topics as well as engaged, meaningful discussions with peers with diverse perspective on talents that stretch and challenge our thinking and approaches. I’ve also made some fantastic contacts and so it’s a ‘must attend’ for those who want to continue to evolve their approach to talent leadership.
